DESIGN

● Process. Calendar Mgmt, Communication Cadence, Strategic Initiative Tracking

● Tech. Knowledge Base, Calendar System, Comms Tool, Change Mgmt Tool

BUILD

● People. Hire, onboard and train.

● Process. Test and go-live with processes.

● Tech. Configure and launch tools.
