Create stickies for common CEO roles & responsibilities
Drag them into each of the different quadrants
Add stickies that you haven't thought of
Draw a box around the upper right quadrant (high skill, high will)

Delegate tasks that take you out of "the zone." Double down on activities that put you in "the zone."
